关于启动NBS理事会第二轮公开回购的公告

亲爱的NBS社区和投资者：

经NBS理事会全体理事一致提议，公会核心群投票批准，决定即日起开启理事会第二轮公开回购。

本轮回购，共规划资金60万usdt，在币安NBS/USDT交易对，以每批6万U的规模设置回购委买单。首批托单6万usdt，已经完成挂单部署，若首批挂单成交，后续将继续挂单，每次挂单情况将向社区完全公开。回购启动价为0.0138U，参照第一轮回购规则，若当周的BTC周线为阳线，则回购价上涨1％。

NBS Council on The Launch of The Second Round of Public Repurchase Announcement

Dear NBS community and investors:

After the unanimous proposal of all the NBS council members，the core group voted to approve, decided to start the second round of public repurchase from now on.

In this round of repurchase, we plan to use a total of 600,000 USDT in NBS/USDT trading pairs on Binance Exchange, and set up the repurchase committee order to pay for each batch of 60,000 USDT. The first batch of orders is 60,000 USDT, and the pending orders has been completed. If the first batch of pending orders is traded, the following orders will be issued, and the status of each pending order will be fully disclosed to the community. The repurchase starting price is 0.0138USDT. With reference to the first round of repurchase rules, if the BTC weekly line of the week is a Masculine line, the repurchase price will increase by 1%.
